Pool Maintenance
Purpose:
To ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the condominium's swimming pool facilities for the enjoyment and well-being of all residents and guests.
Scope:
This policy applies to all residents, guests, and staff responsible for or using the condominium's swimming pool and surrounding areas.
Policy:
Regular Maintenance:
The Condominium Association will contract a licensed and insured pool maintenance company to perform regular maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
Cleaning and vacuuming the pool
Checking and balancing water chemistry
Inspecting and maintaining pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters)
Cleaning the pool deck and surrounding area
Maintenance Schedule:
The pool maintenance company will visit the pool at least [frequency] (e.g., twice a week) during the pool season (typically [start date] to [end date]).
Additional visits may be scheduled as needed for repairs, special cleaning, or other maintenance tasks.
Water Chemistry:
The pool maintenance company will maintain the pool water chemistry within the recommended ranges for safety and sanitation.
Residents are prohibited from adding chemicals or other substances to the pool water.
Safety:
All residents and guests must adhere to posted pool rules and regulations, including:
No diving
No running
No glass containers
Children must be supervised by an adult
No pets allowed
Safety equipment (life ring, shepherd's hook) will be readily available in the pool area.
Reporting Issues:
Any resident or guest who observes a safety hazard, equipment malfunction, or unsanitary condition in the pool area must report it immediately to the Condominium Association or designated staff member.
Guest Policy:
Residents are responsible for ensuring their guests adhere to all pool rules and regulations.
The number of guests allowed per resident will be limited to [number] at any given time.
Pool Closure:
The Condominium Association reserves the right to close the pool for maintenance, repairs, safety reasons, or inclement weather.
Notice of pool closure will be posted in a timely manner.
Enforcement:
Failure to comply with this policy may result in the following consequences:
